Positive: Location, staff and the cleanness. A great combination of old and new furniture, some of the sofas might look worn but they are in really great condition which gives a unique look to the rooms. If your room neighbors are noisy you might hear them. Staff is really kind and helpful, they speak Italian, German and English that I could recall. Breakfast has plenty of options even though at first sight might not look rich.
Negative: Nothing particular, will get back in summer for sure.
