When staying 2 nights or more, ski passes can be purchased at the reception. 4 newly renovated restaurants, 2 bars and a take-away promise a special dining experience. Choose between Asian cuisine (Thai and Japanese incl. sushi), a large variety of Italian dishes incl. Pizza as well as international cuisine (buffet style). If you book the halfboard arrangement you can chose out of the different halfboard menüs of each restaurant - for CHF 59.00 per person and night, bookable for the entire stay. All guest rooms at the Laudinella hotel offer views of the surrounding mountains and about half of them have a balcony. Hotel wellness facilities (sauna, steam bath, relaxation room) are currently under construction and will re-open in December 2025. For this reason, there is a scaffolding on one side of the building (until autumn 2025) and at times light construction noise can be heard at times outside of the hotel. As guest of the Hotel Laudinella , you enjoy complimentary access to the spa at the neighboring Hotel Reine Victoria. Wi-Fi is available in public areas free of charge. Negative: Staff not properly trained - made lots of mistakes Example: blaming guests that they failed to put on the “clean up room” tag when housekeeping forgot to clean the room. Or leaving the dirty tray in the room after making it up. Too many little issues and mistakes to list them all. Boils down to sloppy management.

Positive: Very nice hotel with good facilities, room was comfortable with a great balcony. Bathroom was quite spacious, staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Hotel also had shuttle buses to and from the train station which was a massive bonus given it was about -14oC.

Negative: Room was an awkward layout, we were only there for one night but it would have been a tight space if staying for a few nights, we had two adults and a teenager. Hotel was undergoing some renovations on our floor with no carpets on sections of the floor which looked pretty ordinary for the price you pay.

Positive: It was really quiet despite the renovation works. And the location is perfect. Although we didn't need it, they offered a transport to the station. The Italian restaurant in the house is amazing. Breakfast was great! We received a pass for all the bahns and public transport in the region which is really generous.

Negative: The room was a bit small and I needed to ask for an extra chair to have something to sit on if i didn't want to sit on the bed. We got there a bit earlier and we actually needed to wait till 3 to the minute to get the rooms. The pillow was uncomfortable but the bed was comfi. The wellness was not available, we checked other 2 which were offered as options, but they were closed as well. The 4th option was open but had only a sauna and a steam so we skipped it.

Positive: Despite ongoing refurbishments - which we were advised of - interruption was minimal. Bar staff were extremely friendly and attentive - even arranged for the football to be screened downstairs for us. Pizza restaurant was great - really good pizza. Breakfast was great -staff attentive and helpful.

Negative: Nothing that we experienced.
