Positive: Our room faced beautiful mountains and greenery – a truly stunning view. The restaurant had a very cosy and warm atmosphere, perfect for some good couple time. Upon arrival/ departure, we were offered coffee or tea and were able to settle into a very comfortable area. We had breakfast on the terrace, facing the breathtaking view of the mountains and nature, with the sun gently warming the ambiance – it was a lovely moment. The staff were generally very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Simon, in particular, was always there to make sure we had a great stay. He was very kind, made the effort to speak French with us, and clearly explained everything we needed to know. We would definitely come back – no hesitation!

Positive: Staff is really nice, view from the property is great, position of hotel is nice, family room is big.

Negative: I understand that the Hotel is on mountain, but for my opinion is that is necessary to have carpet in room for this money.

Positive: The staff were very polite and helpful. There are two chargers in front of the hotel which is very handy if you drive an electric car. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and the breakfast was just fine.

Negative: The single room was very small, and had no air conditioning. It could get a bit warm during summer if you don’t open the windows (to avoid mosquitoes).

Positive: Everything was amazing! Great rooms, very comfortable! Fabulous breakfast, awesome restaurant! It has a proper sauna, top spa, a well equipped weight room with a community aspect that i loved. Just the most lovely view you can ask for when visiting the Swiss Alps. The staff? Amazing! Thank you Simon, Robert, venezuelan breakfast lady i forgot the name and a special thank you to Stephenie, you are the best! Will definitely return, highly recommeded!
