Positive: Great long running family business. That's how they treat you...like family. Warm and hospitable. I have stayed at this hotel before and returned with pleasure. Michele the Manager is a great guy who remembered me from 6 years ago!!! The restaurant is genuine serving great food from local produce and local wine. Rionero is famous for its aglianico wineries which is one of the best Italian wines produced. This is a true example of Italy undiscovered. If you want a tourist free holiday where you can live and breathe like an everyday Italian, then Rionero In Vulture is the place for you and the La Pergola is where you want to stay. Central location to the Piazza, historic centre, shops, bars including little cantina's - you can't go wrong. Loved it! Love it. I'll be back
