Summary: There is no way I would call this a four star hotel on arrival. Check-in was okay just a pity the staff didn’t smile. We were told where our room was on the first floor. We did find this easy on the way there. We noticed that the carpets in the hallways Was deteriorating faded and thread bear in some places once opening our bedroom door we noticed the room was very old very dated old rickety wooden furniture marks and stains up. The wall. Bathroom was clean and tidy but again very dated. Rooms must be at least 20 years old. Being June when we stayed weather was very hot and wanting to get up for a nice early morning swim but was that informed even though it was 30° the pool was shut and would not be open until 11 o’clock once I return to my room, I then realised That they had left some coffee and tea but no sachets of milk in the room we decided we wanted to book some massages but we told there was no availability or staff for the next four days. We only went for three nights when we did manage to get round by the pool we asked for towels we had to pay €10 per towel not a problem but at the end of the day we wanted to get clean towels we were told no we had to wait till the next day very strange when walking around the hotel the whole place is very old and needs updating even though we were told the Pool had just been referred. It is nowhere near as nice as the pictures that they show on the Internet obviously the photographer did a very good job! Staff don’t smile either !

Summary: 3 star at best quite a dustsnce to mojacar couple of bars outside hotel breakfast edible but not a great choice compared other 4 star hotels not particularly well cooked runny eggs and not very well cooked bacon having to give a time to be in there ie 9 til 10 for example is a bit much when you're on holiday never ate in the hotel on an evening due to breakfast again we had a car so went out for a few hrs each day otherwise would have been completely bored .

Summary: We had a nice stay at the property. We enjoyed the bar and we had an amazing dinner in the restaurant. The roomsxare a bit dated but were comfortable and clean. The pool looked great but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it.

Summary: When we tried to check-in the lady could not find my booking and said "maybe the company (hotels.com) has scammed you" because "she had never heard of them" ? I said that's highly unlikely they are to big of a company. I started to try to get a hold of someone from hotels.. And after about 15min, she says "sorry I found your booking". "now I will just have to fix my mistake". And she started to type on the computer.. After a while she handed me a paper with someone else's address and name etc. And said "please fill in your name address and so on" And she started to excuse her that "other people come and try to get free night's from their hotel". Sure I guess that could be a thing. But maybe search around a little before blaming me. So what really happened (what i figured) is she gave my booking to someone else (thus could not find it) blamed me, then gave me their booking. Then we did not have access to the pool the first couple of days (3days), because -they did not have a lifeguard-, you are only allowed to swim when the lifeguard is there. Which is 11-19. And I saw no information on that when I booked the hotel. But the cleaning staff was really nice, did a great job cleaning the room. And the rest of the hotel did feel really clean too! Restaurant was decent. The bistro/bar side was really nice and great staff! Room was nice, beds was a bit hard and weird setup lots of just sheets everywhere lol. Loose sheet, quilt, loose sheet. And mattress sheet. That's all.
