Summary: Hotel Kvarner is a wonderful historical property. The staff was excellent and they were very caring and attentive to our needs. Just a few words of caution - parking is a little difficult (everywhere in Opatija), lots of stairs in the hotel entrance and to the pool and sunning platform, and the rooms have "high" bathtubs / showers. We managed through those items. The view from our sea side room was spectacular and the included breakfast was a real treat - probably the best in Opatija!!
