Summary: Hotel is clean and tidy, with more than enough amenities and Yukata provided in amenities room next to lobby. Staff are very helpful with and speaking different languages. Room is spacious and clean. Just the onsen itself is not very impressive.

Summary: Wonderful ryokan experience! The room and building were great; the staff polite, helpful, and cheerful. The full-course dinners were spectacular. The bath houses were the best part- incredibly spacious, with soaps provided.

Summary: All five star. Free shuttle bus running between the train station and hotel. Breakfast included was amazing. Plate painting is something memorable. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic onsen exiting Japan.
