Summary: The service was amazing. The food at the hotel was amazing, especially the dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a private onsen in our room which was really a bonus. The public onsens were also very clean and well maintained. The 8F one had great views. The rooms were very spacious. Amenities were great. We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely come back

Summary: Hotel is clean and tidy, with more than enough amenities and Yukata provided in amenities room next to lobby. Staff are very helpful with and speaking different languages. Room is spacious and clean. Just the onsen itself is not very impressive.
