Positive: Central location, very friendly staff, spacious room

Negative: There’s not many parking spots so we had to wait until other guests left so we could park, the spa needs more maintenance, especially the pool as it seemed scratched and dirty in some places

Summary: It was an okay stay, the location was the best part however there are cheaper options around the same location for cheap

Negative: I wanted to use the sauna, they turned it on for me but turned it off after the use and I had to go again out of the spa to ask for the sauna. It was not really warm, only about 50°C. The water in the pool was also lukewarm

Positive: The suit was big, the location was good. Most of the staff were friendly.

Negative: If they hadn't described themselves as an exclusive high rated spa hotel I wouldn't mind most of the things. They described the suit we booked as having a private bathtub and jacuzzi which I didn't have. But it didn't even have a proper functioning shower head. It was clogged and pulled to the side. They served cold coffee at breakfast and when I asked for a coffee cup one of the staff pointed me to the paper cups on the table. Luckily the bartender noticed and took the effort to clean up a proper cup to give me. The staff guy with the paper cup kept messaging with his phone in the breakfast area which looks quite bad.the breakfast itself was not high quality of any kind. In general it seemed like this hotel once was very good but now it is very run down and they try to keep up with what little is left of their reputation.
