Summary: Very good hotel with well equipped room. No complaints for the condition of the room and service. The location is convenient to various types of dining. The access to subways and other transportation is very good too.

Summary: Very nice hotel and the staff are very helpful, breakfast was out of expectation. We stayed in the room with 3 single beds, the space was too small and we can only open one luggage. We enjoyed to use their onsen. The only thing to complaint is they will charge you if you leave your luggages in the hotel.

Summary: Easy check-in at a machine, but there is also normal check-in. Comfortable and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The laundry worked perfectly.

Summary: The hotel is located in the business area of Nihonbashi but there are a number of (corporate) museums within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the Ozu paper museum (and gift shop). For everyday Japan go to Kanda which is nearby too. We really like the 'public bath' which does not have therapeutic waters but is calming and clean. The rooms were small but clean. As for the breakfast, I recommend the Japanese over the western option. We did have an issue with a missing room key which the hotel said they would charge us $20 for! We protested and the issue was resolved but it was stressful because we were rushing to our early morning international flight.
