Positive: The staff was very nice, Dominique, Miriam were very helpful in helping us with the AC problem in the room. We were compensated with a nice small breakfast .

Negative: AC was inop, fans were provided.

Positive: The property was perfect and in a calm place. Staff was amazing and very friendly. The room and facilities were clean, surrounding areas just perfect for daily walks or runs. Near the road but I couldn’t listen any noise

Negative: The restaurant was closed at the time of my stay

Positive: The property was not far away from my working place, which was very convenient for me. Otherwise it definitely not 4star hotel.

Negative: Too many annoying messages from AI agent, which really is not appreciate it all. Additionally the room at least the one that I was staying in could have a better bed and pillows.

Summary: Just a fair price for value.

Positive: The common areas were absolutely stunning at this hotel - they really put a lot of effort into decorating the common areas and making it warm, cozy, and comfortable.

Negative: I wish they would have taken the same effort put into the common areas into the bedrooms. I know it's an old castle but there were spiders, spider webs, not enough amenities for the price, kettle was gross, and the room just felt cold/unwelcoming.
