Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Exceptional customer service, possibly the best I've seen in Latin America. The little continental breakfast you can get served in your room - with cream for coffee, juice, bread and butter, jelly - was a nice little touch. It's very basic, we supplemented with boiled eggs and cream cheese from off the street. Very cozy and very central hotel.

Negative: The wifi worked very poorly and there was no hot water my final two days so I couldn't take a shower - it's not Mancora where you want a cold shower. But I could have overlooked all of that and would have given them a ten if they hadn't charged me for early check-in.
