Positive: The breakfast had a good selection and plenty of it. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and tidy. It was great to have a choice on the tv as well. Being just across the road from the hospital made it very convenient and I was able to walk to visit my husband.

Positive: Location was perfect for hospital admission. I was admitted & my husband was able to walk to hospital each day, no need to use car. Room very quiet. Facilities great. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Good security. Met by Jacob and shown around on arrival. Great value.

Positive: The Owner generously supplied basic food for breakfast. However, I have allergies and I was not able to eat any of the food on offer. The Owner is a very friendly person and was around most of the time to ask questions. I liked that each room had its own keypad lock, made leaving items secure. There was a lovely Indian restaurant within 5 mins driving.

Negative: That ironing service was advertised, but it was not available, as we needed to iron a linen dress. Perhaps the Owner could consider having an iron & ironing board for general use, in a location that is accessible by those staying at this location.

Summary: Location was a short drive to the event I was attending on Saturday & Sunday in Minmi.
