Positive: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to please. We were upgraded to a wonderful room.

Negative: Thicker toilet paper would have been good.

Positive: Staffs reception was exceptional great. Very professional, approachable and excellent service. The breakfast bufe was very good. It's show the hotel pays attention to details and health. There was evidence to them catering for good nutritional value and paying detailed attention to people with food allergies.

Positive: I was able to check in early, which was a great help. All staff very friendly. WiFi was good as was the breakfast selection. Free parking and close to the centre.

Negative: I asked for a quiet room and was given one facing a busy street. The double glazing is so bad I might as well have had the window open. Lads in cars with stereo at maximum volume going past the window at 02:30am. People walking back from the centre at 3am clearly heard through the supposed double glazed window. NEVER stay there on a Friday or Saturday, may be OK other days. I had a long journey with no sleep the next day. No one asked if everything was OK when I left.

Positive: We loved EVERYTHING, starting with the wonderful welcome, the stunning room, breakfast was amazing, the owners made us the best breakfast bag to take on the early train with us, we can't rate this hotel high enough. Even the gluten free was catered for both for breakfast and dinner at night.
