Positive: + Staff were very very nice and attentive. + Our room was upgraded free of charge. + Very pleasant surroundings - a nice park out back, convenient parking, nice patio. + Delicious food in the restaurant.

Negative: In general, the hotel is dated. Interior is worn, some light bulbs not working, wet stains on walls, old furniture, some spa facilities not working, gym is small and sad. BUT considering the price, the value for money is okay.
