Summary: Nice central place in Masaya. Easy to walk around the town, even safely at night. Only one staff member speaks English, but they are all very kind and will try to help as best they can.

Summary: The people are excellent but having to ask them to open the parking garage is an issue.

Summary: I booked the hotel as it says it offer airport pickup. I’m ok to pay for pickup but the fact is they do not offer the service. Please remove it out as it will confuse others like it did to me

Summary: The rooms are cozy. The pool was not very inviting to swim in it as it had lots of bugs and stuff in it. Area around the pool was nice.
