Summary: The staff was nice and polite. Very helpfull. But the hotel is not near a 4 star hotel. It needs some renovation and cleaning. Their was alot of dirt in the room even after housecleaning. And i had to kill a cochroach the second night we where their. Also the AC was working but it was locked to 24 degrees and we could not take the temperatur down our self and we had ti have the door closed between the bedroom and frontdoor or else we could hear people in the hall the door had a big gap at the bottom so anyone could look in if they wanted. Thet meant the light from the hall shined in to the room. And the display from the AC had this strong blue light but we only had the option to turn the AC off and die of heat or accept the blue display shining in to our eyes. The refregirator had no shelf and was dirty both inside and in the cupboard it was in.

Summary: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The breakfast was very poor for the €14 charged — extremely limited options and not worth the price. One of the reception staff was particularly rude and unhelpful, barely acknowledged us when we spoke. Thankfully, another receptionist was more polite and tried to assist. Despite booking a family room, we were repeatedly given towels and bedding for just one person, and basic room items weren’t replenished unless we specifically asked. There was no coffee, no water in the room — not even a kettle. The hotel is also poorly located. Contrary to what’s stated on the website, the beach is not a 6-minute drive, and there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Getting an Uber or Bolt was difficult as the area isn’t well serviced.

Summary: First of all it's a shame Mijas is a wonderful place. Bare in mind the outside temperature reached as high as 39 degrees at some stages, our air conditioning didn't work very well and never came below 24.we reported it every day for the 8 days we were there. We got told is never goes lower than that, this was BS as we spoke to other couples and there's was lower. Everyday was another excuse, don't have 329. We didn't sleep very well for 7 nights and they refused to move us. Most of the staff seemed a little rude. We had lunch one day took 1 hour to be served, then after a complaint they served me and not my wife, I ate alone, then they charged me twice. There was rubbish all over the lower grounds which took 4 days to be cleared. I would recommend TRH Mijas over this hotel. Will be complaining to Hotels. Com
