Positive: The breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful! The balcony had beautiful views! Peaceful location! Beautiful property

Negative: Our room was right by the outside street with no hotel door to protect this area of the property. Seemed it could be dangerous and open to the entire public. Also, the bus stop was a little dangerous to get to.

Positive: Hotel il Pino was lovely...the views are gorgeous, the staff is very helpful and professional, and the restaurant is superb. I took the cooking class at the restaurant and must say it was at the top of the list of the many classes I've had in Italy.

Positive: The staff are amazingly accommodating and helpful. It was the end of their season and I’m sure they were tired and in need of their own holiday yet nothing was too much trouble. The view is stunning and having a restaurant on site is a bonus. Easy walking access to many local restaurants and bars. Short bus ride to the other towns.

Negative: Nothing. Description is accurate.

Summary: Beautiful views, accomodating staff and a cracker of a location especially in October.

Positive: We loved everything about this place. The pool and the view ( special thank you to Andrea for his care and fun, he made everything better) all the staff was very friendly and helpfull, we were supposed to stay 2 days and ended up staying here all our holidays.

Negative: Little ants problem but got sorted very quickly

Positive: Excellent hotel. We loved everything about it. Staff were super helpful and the location was amazing. Views great, nice pool and although its 400 steps to the cove, it was gorgeous down there and we went twice a day for snorkelling and jumping off the rocks. Easy to book a boat taxi to Positano, which was fun but it was better back at the hotel!

Summary: loved it, hopefully we'll be back.

Positive: Superb location and incredible view from our balcony! Great pool area, we could always get a sun lounger. Rosa is so helpful!

Negative: The beds could be more comfortable and the walls are paper thin. We did have a very loud neighbour which I know isn’t the hotels fault but we could hear them talking and banging around in the room.

Positive: Il Pino is indeed a hidden paradise and an unforgettable experience! The staff was attentive, friendly, professional and offered personalized service. The hotel was kept spotless, so it was easy to appreciate the Mediterranean tiled flooring adorned by vibrant handcrafted pieces. The restaurant exceeded all of our expectations. The food was cooked to perfection with its fresh and unique flavors in flawless balance, topped off by its inviting presentation. Needless to say, we ate there every night except for the one night that it was closed. Aside from the exceptional and well managed service, we had the impression that the staff were happy to be there. They worked together like one big, happy family and welcomed every single guest with open arms. In addition to all the ambience and lavish food, it’s worth to mention that the prices were more than fair. There is no question that these travelers will find their way back to Il Pino time and time again…
