Positive: Nice view from our room. Good location.

Negative: staff’s attitude wasn’t the best. Specially the lady seemed so annoyed at our presence it made us uncomfortable. And the man nagged my mom about her luggage “scratching” the floor… what did he expect? there is no elevator from the front door to the lobby, and she had to bring a 30kilo suitcase to the door with no help whatsoever. Overall the staff isn’t nice.

Positive: The location was perfect for us. All of the hotel team were exceptional. On our late evening arrival, Michael was so kind and helpful. Lorenzo was there every evening to help and hear about our days. Warm greetings and any assistance we needed on our way out daily was given from the lovely lady keeping the hotel running with ease. Our room was basic with all we needed and the housekeeping team kept it spotless. Each morning our eggs were cooked perfectly. Great family atmosphere, thanks everyone!

Positive: It finds itself in the city center. Very convenient location. Comfortable bed. No noise.

Negative: No common space to read or work. Breakfast room gets closed after breakfast time. Rooms too small however to do everything, especially if.we.are two. In general the environment is tight and slightly soffocating. Sunction systems in the windowfree bathroom.(closed) not working. Shower holder too slow, so suitable for people max 1.70 cm tall.

Negative: Steps to reception with no Assistance to the reception area. Difficut with heavy cases.
