Positive: We had such a warm welcome from Cengis, he provided valet parking, and gave us advice on restaurants and places to see round the town. Lovely man with a great sense of humour. All other staff that we met were equally as friendly and helpful

Negative: The towels were very tired

Summary: Thankyou we had a wonderful stay and could definitely recommend to friends. We will return one day

Positive: The breakfast menu was good and the food was tasty The location of this hotel is very nice and in the middle of the town center.

Negative: At breakfast we asked fried eggs without a runny yoke, which was confirmed by our waitress. Unfortunately, the yokes were very runny, which was dissapointing. The parking places were pretty far from the hotel, and i had to walk from the places to the hotel twice. When opening the hotel room window, the whole window fell out of it's frame.

Negative: Everything was more than satisfactory save for access which was not the hotel’s fault - but clearer signage and advance notice of street barring would be helpful . Navigation is not straightforward when the roads are forbidden to traffic !

Positive: The location is perfect, and the staff members were all so friendly and helpful. They gave us restaurant recommendations and suggestions of sites to visit. On Mother’s Day I was presented with a beautiful rose to commemorate the day.

Negative: Since this is a very historic 3-story building please be aware that there is not an elevator, only stairs.
