Summary: The hotel exceeded our expectations, our room was clean, comfortable and had a lake view. The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton. The SPA was also great, but what really impressed us was the abundance of varied, special and delicious foods. I would rank the culinary experience, what we had in the hotel into the top five out of the hundreds of hotels we have stayed in worldwide over the decades.

Summary: Brett and Lilla are Always very happy with our stay at hotel helikon the food is always great and so is the facility’s and the pleasant staff except for one low life who yelled at me for bringing my own drink to the dining room table but since I’m rich and he is working poor I acted like an adult and let it go even though I could have ruined his life because this is the American way he’s lucky I wasn’t an evil elitist snob European other than that everything was great the man was over 45 and had grey hair so Il let him enjoy his pathetic life

Summary: This was our 2 nd time staying in July Brett and Lilla we had such a great time again breakfast and dinner was excellent again and the staff were super friendly and helpful as usual dont wait to book your stay here rooms get sold out very very quickly and this is one of the best hotels at lake Balaton
