Summary: The room was big compared to some other hotels we used. Bed was comfortable. Very close to station on the loop line. Family mart outside. The spa water in the bath was nice. Tax was a bit higher at 1400 yen. Check out was 12pm so the extra time was good. Would use again. Nice view of the city from floor 19.

Summary: This was the best hotel we stayed in while were in Japan. The view was amazing from our room. The staff were super nice. The room was spacious and beds were comfy. Definitely staying here again on our next trip

Summary: Room was OK but felt a little cramped and worn. Not a big of the self check in, theres lots of staff there anyway at reception so made the check in feel a bit impersonal. Staff was helpful when we had requests.
