Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was excellent, the beach very well organised and easy to reach from the hotel. It was very exclusive and quiet. Friendly for families but not overcrowded All the staff in the structure was very gentle and always available to help and accept feedback to improve in case of observations. The animation was very nice, Marco, Federica, Marta were very welcoming and friendly. Gaetano the maitre d'hotel is fantastic and very fun. We had very good time with all the team in the evenings at the hotel.

Negative: We stayed 5 people with an all inclusive package. Considering the price, the food options were fair but still they could be improved a bit in terms of options and quantities. The staff was notified about this and within our stay we could already witness improvement and willingness to have the clients satisfied
