Positive: It was lovely to stay here, our room was clean and tidy, Alberto and Lena were really kind and caring. The breakfast was delicious!

Negative: I only missed a little fridge from the room, but everything else was perfect!

Positive: We absolutely loved this hotel. There was a delicious buffet. Welcoming and kind staff. Close location to the sea. The room had all amenities including air conditioning and TV. Every day the room was cleaned. The vacation was great.

Negative: The only drawback is the lack of a refrigerator in the room (a shared fridge-freezer is present)

Positive: Location: A bit far from Rimini center, but it was a plus for us. Less crowded, more peaceful area, but still have (night)life here and everything you need. Bars, restaurants, supermarket, giftshop etc. just by the corner. There is also a free beach nearby, 5 mins on foot. It's a big plus, because the sunbeds are extremely pricey and 90 percent of the seaside is full with them. Staff: Very nice and friendly people. They handled all of our questions, helped us with everything, always with a great smile and positive attitude. View: From the balcony you can see the wonderful Adriatic sea. Cleanliness: The ladies came every morning and made up the room. It is useful: if you visit the beach every day, bring some sand to your room so thank for them you got a clean room day by day. Price: Accomodation in Rimini costs a lot. Hotel Greta isn't cheap, but according to the others it's in good price.

Negative: A mini fridge is really missing from the room. Nowadays it's common in hotels, especially in summer it would made the stay much more comfortable. A "Do not disturb" sign to the door would also be nice. Sometimes we wanted to inform the ladies not to come in but we hadn't any tools for it. There was no hairdryer in the rooom. After we asked for it, we got one, so finally it was fixed.
