Positive: Liquid soap in washroom is required. Breakfast served is too late must be served from 8:00 AM onwards. Telivision cable connection to be introduced. Everybody doesn't have ID for OTT's. Reception must have smooth music playing.
Negative: Hospitality, Cleanliness maintained. Always on service whenever called.
