Summary: The hotel is right on the Dal Lake. The rooms are excellent and very clean. Thr food quality was exvellent. The staffs and there service were exceptional. A very good hotel to stay at Srinagar. I would recommend this hotel to all the visitors who are traveling to Srinagar

Summary: The heritage building is poorly maintained and has a very bad smell emanating from washrooms. On top of this, the washrooms do not even have a ventilation. The location is good, however rooms are not worth the price that they are charging and one should definitely stay away from old building which has lake facing rooms.
