Positive: Great location and fairly affordable. Feels a bit like a hostel, though - being your own toiletries and towel and you'll be good.

Negative: No toiletries at all. There was less than half of a toilet paper roll, and that's it - there's not even a bidet on the bathroom. The mattress was comfortable but very old and full of stains.
