Positive: The place itself is nice, clean, and has everything needed. It's also close to a supermarket, some other random shops and restaurants, and in an overall nice area. The owners are super nice, they are very responsive (I needed to check in early at a short notice and they accomodated for that with no issue), and the whole process of renting the apartment was very smooth!

Negative: there is not a direct access to the building from inside the garage. You need to go back out the garage to get into the building.
