Positive: Absolutely spacious and clean rooms and washroom. Welcoming front desk. The 24x7 fast food joint in the complex is a wonderful bonus.

Negative: The location - people coming here would generally be staying to visit Champaner / Pavagadh. Unless you have your own commute, it does not seem possible to reach these places quite easily.
