Positive: Drop dead views from room and dining areas. Restuarant had great food for dinner and breakfast.

Negative: Room a little small with bathroom also real small.

Positive: The view from the room is just amazing ! The breakfast had good choice .

Negative: Put aside the old decor, that I can live with but the bed needs changing as the matras is super old and soft and made my back hurt. The duvet was just put on top of the bed sheet, like cmon proper bedding is needed. Then the bathroom and especially shower curtain that keeps sticking to your body when you take a shower is just horrible. The owner really needs to invest in some upgrades And the noise cancellation as you can hear the music from the restaurant and the neighbors… those actually wake you up…

Positive: The view was fantastic. Restaurant staff attentive and the food delicious. Owner chatted to us on the way to breakfast asking if we had slept well and was everything ok, nice personal touch a world apart from routine ‘have a nice day approach’, far more like ‘an old friend’

Summary: Lovely stay, wish we’d chosen it for longer rather than a stop over en-route. The balcony (and room) view was amazing. T

Positive: WE couldn t have better view on lac Como from the room balcony. Was amazing . Food in restaurant was simple but really very tasty, good portions. Breakfast as well. Lady who served the breakfast was very friendly and the hotel manager as well. Lot of parking spots, you need good driving skills to get in and out :)

Negative: A bit of refreshing for decoration would be needed.

Summary: for 1 night break is perfect.
