Summary: We stayed in the Storyville unit, which is in a separate little cottage about a block from the main hotel. It was wonderful! Very clean and quiet with a lovely porch swing. We walked the short way to the hotel and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: We will come back again! Very nice room and comfortable bed. Home made breakfast. Friendly staffs. Exceptional all around! Close to Fredericksburg and Boerne and don’t have pay high price for the quality that found in those areas. Love the small city and hospitality.

Summary: The town of Comfort has great small town vibes taking a person’s memory back to simpler times. We celebrated July 4th here and Hotel Giles was the perfect place to be. The hotel is close to a few eating establishments and very walkable to them. This hotel is clean and historic with very unique rooms. There is a cool courtyard for guests to enjoy. Breakfast was outstanding and served in the Carriage House in the courtyard area. All staff were very nice and helpful. Great experience and I hope to return there in the future.

Summary: Air conditioning wasn’t as efficient as could be. Extremely hot and humid conditions while there. Hospitality excellent. Breakfast excellent & accommodated our early event schedules.

Summary: Hotel Giles was perfect! It was cozy and quiet and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the included breakfast and the location is perfect, next to lots of shops and cafes.

Summary: I had an excellent stay at Hotel Giles. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast there was a great variety of fresh food, and everything tasted amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay.
