Summary: I’m an older woman, and my daughter was helping me move this past week. We were exhausted with sore backs, and just needed a break from the chaos of moving. We found this little place online and it was incredibly cozy, comfortable, and perfect. We absolutely loved it and did not want to leave. Customer service was excellent, check in was a breeze, and did I mention we did not want to leave? We hope to stay with them again. Highly recommend!

Summary: The rooms were comfortable, quiet, contemporary, and clean. Parking was easy. It was a very cold January weekend when we were there, so we really appreciated the outdoor fire pits and the plentiful, fragrant logs. It was awesome. Luckenbach, Bandera, Fredersicksburg, Kerrville and all the wineries and distilleries in between are close by. We will definitely stay there again.

Summary: The grounds were clean, the fire pits were lit 🔥 stayed in one of the vintage mobile homes, the Spartan. It was super cute and cozy. My daughter was The setup of the property is small camp-style buildings. The town itself was beautifully decorated with holiday lights. The only small drawback was there was no curtain on the front window door, which would have added a bit more privacy. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, unique place to stay at a great rate.

Summary: Nice fire pits in the front. Comfy chairs around it. Caretaker is extremely helpful. The room is clean and well equipped. We added a night!

Summary: Easy check in and the room was clean and corky. We went with our teen girls. They enjoyed their space up stairs. Very quiet at night. 20 mile away from Fredicksburg. This is a quiet town that is walking distance.
