Positive: Staff courteous and professional. Easy access and parking, right next to a service station to fill up your car to go. Breakfast was included and it was a copious and wonderful spread, the coffee is excellent.

Negative: Italy and Europe have the habit of cutting off the air conditioning system, but have no fans and leaving window open is not always possible. Restful sleep is not possible unfortunately. The purpose of a hotel is to rest and sleep. Suggest you confirm if AC is on and functioning when confirming your booking, might need to choose your hotel wisely.

Summary: Need to provide better control of room temperature, no one should sleep uncomfortably.

Negative: A few things that can be improved. The property is a bit run down, specifically the bathrooms. The beds are super hard and the pillows very thin. Breakfast was okeish, nothing special. I feel this place is targeting workers that are traveling and need a quick place to stay but not if you are on vacation and want a nicer looking place at the same price.
