Positive: Lovely, spacious apartment. Owner was very friendly and helpful. He even let us leave our bags until well after check out until our afternoon train. We loved this place.

Positive: This property was perfect for us! Two couples traveling together and it was set up that each had our own bed and bathroom with a bit of privacy. Living space and kitchen were comfortable and offered some snacks, and drinks. The location was fantastic. Not far from duomo but quiet and near restaurants & a great wine shop. Orvieto was a perfect stop after the crazy pace of Rome. We were able to stroll through the town and take in local tours and sites. Dinner outdoors at local restaurants was wonderful in the evening. We had planned to drive to other sites during the day but chose to stay and explore Orvieto and it did not disappoint. Owner was very communicative and check in & out was easy.

Negative: No issues at all.

Summary: Perfect stay for two couples traveling together. Loved it!

Positive: The location in Orvieto can’t be beat! Michela met us at the apartment after we took the funicular and shuttle bus to Piazza duomo. It is a short walk from there. Close to shops and trattorias. The apartment was well stocked and extremely clean and secure. We were two couples traveling together and it was the perfect set up for us. We highly recommend a stay here.

Positive: Owner was so friendly and helped us find the place, the house was amazing with everything you need and more including drinks, breakfast foods, shampoo, streaming services all included. The location was also a highlight.

Positive: This was the best property we stayed at on our two week trip to Italy! It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was fabulous and it was only a one minute (or less) walk to the Duomo. Our host was fabulous and provided breakfast items, coffee, water, and drinks for us. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was quiet. I really can’t imagine a better place to stay in Orvieto for the price! Highly recommend!
