Positive: The staff were great & really did try their best. Breakfast was good.

Negative: The place is damp & mouldy. Our bathroom was terrible. The shower was full of mould from the ceiling to the floor & the soldiers in the bathroom had mould on them too.. other parts of the hotel had viable damp issues but just left to get worse. The lunch & evening meals were disappointing, one day we didn't even get what we ordered, I think the chef made what they felt like making lol 😂 it's well over priced for the standard.

Positive: We were a group of 27 to 29 people and had an excellent stay at Hotel Ganthera. Special mention for the rooftop pool, which was a highlight for everyone, as well as the warm welcome and customer service, both before our arrival and on site. The dinner buffet was varied and generous, and the breakfast, combining both local and Western flavors, was very much appreciated by our friends. The rooms were clean overall, and the beds very comfortable. A big thank you also to the manager, who kindly allowed us to enjoy the pool until midnight, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back to this hotel!
