Positive: A beautiful and clean hotel in a great location. We were supposed to spend three or four nights there, but we ended up staying 10. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is incredibly helpful and always cheerful. Staying here was a wonderful reset after a month in India.

Positive: The roof terrace is perfect for yoga.

Negative: I was spoiled too much during my first stay and would have been even happier with the same room. But in return, I was able to discover the roof terrace.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the location was convenient for exploring the city, and it was wonderfully quiet — perfect for a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was a big plus for us. Overall, a lovely and comfortable place to stay in Kathmandu.

Negative: Just a small note for future guests: there is a 4% surcharge for paying by credit card, which isn’t mentioned on Booking.com, and it’s worth checking if your VAT has already been paid to avoid double charges.
