Positive: There was a sink but no TV in the room but you don't go on holiday to sit in your hotel room to watch TV you've got a whole town to explore but make sure you've got some comfortable shoes because the walking is a killer. When you leave, you have to drop off your key on the hotel desk, and when you get back, your key will be waiting. Good area, I like the sound of the church bells

Negative: The stairs the stairs I'm having nightmares about stairs, I think halfway up the stairs their should be a poster saying..... you've got this. You're doing fine. Don't give up now. You're almost there because their have been some times when I thought, do you know something I'm done?

Positive: Staff were nice, room was clean and there were no major issues.

Negative: Using the shower was a bit of a nightmare, very hard to find the right temperature between boiling hot and freezing cold, and you have to keep waving at the automatic light unless you like showering in the dark.

Summary: Cheaper than some hostels in the city so relatively good value for money.

Positive: It is in the Heart of the City, best location I have ever stayed. Very much accessible to the main attraction of the city. Walking distance every where. Central station is nearby. Staffs are very much lovely cordial people.

Negative: I know it is a very much budget friendly cheap hotel in the heart of the city but if possible I would like to request them to put one or two towels in the room.

Summary: I am very happy and if I am going to Amsterdam back again I will prefer to go back there.
