Positive: Its a great location, easy to access, attractive clean rooms, snacks were a bonus. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Communal space was nice, but we didn't use it.

Negative: I stayed with my son so we had a separated double bed, which meant they were a bit small. Expensive, but then this is central Amsterdam, so comparable wise its actually not bad.
