Positive: The staff was excellent, and everything went smoothly and quickly. The room was impeccably clean. The hotel is also in a very convenient location.
Negative: The room was a bit small for three people, but it was perfectly fine for a single night and well-suited to the price.

Positive: The hotel is walking distance to Wieliczka salt mine and parking is available. We were able to check in early and the restaurant served nice traditional Polish food.

Positive: Very clean hotel, our room was basic, perfect for what we needed, across the road from the salt mine. Lovely staff friendly and helpful
Negative: A kettle would be nice, coffee was available though so no big deal,

Positive: White linen, white towels, clean bathroom, spacious room.
Negative: Sign of hotel gorsko invisible in the evening. Just lighting hotel and not easy to find. I had to leave cash worth more than one night. It's not clear on booking.com. No manager in the evening and I had to go to a nearby cash machine even though I didn't know the area. It was snowy, cold and dark. Seriously, I would understand if this is an apartment without security but reception is 24h. It's not convenient to walk around. I would not recommend booking it for that reason. Usually, hotels do not charge any deposit. The cash deposit was returned the next morning upon my departure.
Summary: The room was clean and nice but deposit unnecessarily of 150zl cost more then my one night.
