Summary: Amazing place! Sometimes the pictures are taken in a way that will disappoint you, well - not here! You get what you see, very nice place. Good breakfast and nice staff. Thank you! Very nice with kids here. We want to come back. The little city by the hotel is in walking distance and is very cute.

Summary: Perfect location for our visit to the salt mine museum and then to Krakow city. The train station is just down the road and so is the museum. We ate at the restaurant after visiting the museum and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We travelled by campervan and having convenient open air and secure parking was a must for us. The room was soundproofed and comfy if perhaps a little dated but nothing to put us off at all.

Summary: We choose it, because the stuff confirmed that we could use spa services when we get there. Happen to be Sundays they open only till 3pm which is one hour after check in. For that reason I would of choose different hotel nearby but we couldnt cancel it anymore, at least the pool was opened and we were able to use that and sauna. They did have one if the best breakfast we ever had in the hotel. Their bread is to die for.

Summary: This is a very nice hotel with plenty of self parking. Train platform was very close by. Easy walking distance to the city center and the Salt Mine. The restaurant was excellent as was the pool and salt cave. Will definitely be returning to this hotel the next time I’m visiting Krakow.

Summary: Pool was excellent

Summary: The staff were fantastic—always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist. The rooms were clean and well kept. For a four-star hotel, one might expect softer pillows; unfortunately, the ones provided were quite large and the filling inside them felt lumpy and knotted. The bedsheets were also somewhat worn and torn. There were a few other minor issues: the bathrobes were worn and rather small, even for my wife who is slim, and there was no soap dish in the bathroom. The swimming pool could also benefit from some maintenance, as the hanging lights and electrical connectors under the water didn’t feel particularly reassuring. Overall, the experience was excellent, and any shortcomings were more than made up for by the truly lovely hotel staff.
