Summary: Check in was a breeze, staff were very friendly. We had a good sized room which was nice and clean. Beds were soft and they had a very cozy comforter. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Spa was awesome. We also used their laundry facilities. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Hotel staff was so helpful. The location is opposite to the train station and department store where is so convenient. Room is spacious and bed is also comfortable. It was an amazing experience.

Summary: The hotel is on the older side. The pictures of the hotel doesn't do any justice. Need updated photos of room. Nice bigger rooms than the typical Japanese hotel rooms but the amenities of the room is outdated. The smell of the toilet smells like the sewer. The tub was old and it moved. When i entered the tub, it moved. We just stayed at the Hotel Grand Fontaine at Haneda Airport and it was very nice. Smaller room but nicer and the same price. It was a newer hotel but i highly recommend that hotel. Service was great but just the room needed updating. Great location, next to the Shin-Sapporo train station. There was a mall next to the hotel so that was great. Would i stay there again, the price would have be right to stay again. Maybe when they update the rooms.
