Summary: We had a great stay. Friendly receptionists and their complimentary breakfast was a great. Walking distance to everywhere we would want to go and very quiet at night. The only thing I didn't like was a remote control in our room was sticky.

Summary: The hotel is just as charming as it appeared in the pictures, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. Heated tile floor in the bathroom was a wonderful surprise! Hotel Elliott delivered on everything in a small, cozy room. The location downtown is central to everything, breakfast is better than average, and the coffee was excellent. All in all, it was a great place to stay and I will definitely be back!

Summary: The room was great, the heated floors in the bathroom were very welcome. The only ding in the whole stay was the breakfast. It was extremely bland and unappetizing

Summary: Nice hotel with nice views of town and river. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Felt very safe.

Summary: Hotel breakfast is always a vit minimal. The Elliots is better than most, but a challenge for vegans. That said, I love the hotel's charm, authentic restoration and location. The staff is great. I'll definitely be back again.

Summary: we love the Hotel Elliott but the front desk service awful. First the clerk is hidden behind a computer monitor and did not greet us. We told her we were checking in and she said we couldn't check in til 3:00pm (it was 2:45pm), I asked if we could take care of the paperwork and she said check in was at 3:00pm. We come back and again no greeting etc. The next day we asked about a late check out. She said no check out is at noon and I replied that is why I am asking. She said it was not available even though we have had late check outs before. When checking out no questions about how our stay was etc. So I called the manager the next day and said I wasn't going to write a public review but explained my displeasure. He was replying with the "uh-huh" of someone not listening but appears to be listening. I finally called him on it and he admitted that he was paying attention to other matters. So here we have it: my public review. There are lots of nice hotels to stay at in Astoria. Too bad the Hotel Elliott isn't interested in keeping our business

Summary: The king size room was spacious with a mini fridge. I loved the mattress and linens. The serviice was excellent. I loved their wine bar.

Summary: The air conditioner had gaps around it so gnats were in room. No shower gel. We reserved a king room and received a queen due to the reservation was lost/cancelled. We could hear people walking up and down stairs at night. The rooftop was great!
