Positive: Good location, nice decor, mostly clean

Negative: The bathroom especially the tub, could have been cleaner. There was pink scum around the drain area. Also, having stayed in many airbnbs, rarely if ever are we asked to do laundry or dishes anymore. For the cost of the stay, these services should be included.

Positive: Comfortable for our family - like a home for our family. We only had one night, sadly, but with full kitchen, washer and dryer, separate living room and bedrooms, comfy furnishings, etc. it would also be perfect for a longer stay.

Negative: In an ideal world, it would have a deck with a sunset view - but, it is an easy walk to the Riverwalk, restaurants and brew pubs, and downtown.

Summary: Lovely retro cottage in a quiet residential area in easy walking distance to pubs, restaurants and Riverwalk.

Positive: It was clean. Had all the essentials, even coffee. It was close yo downtown and all the shops and restaurants.

Negative: To be honest, it needs real cookware. Maybe a nonstick frying pan.

Positive: This historic cottage is in an excellent location of Astoria, very close to downtown and the Astoria Column. The hosts provided easy to follow instructions for access. The full kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea.

Negative: The rooms weren't quite ready when we arrived, but one quick phone call and that was easily resolved. The old fashioned bathtub/shower is adorable but probably not usable by some older guests.
