Summary: The staff was very nice. Overall, the property was clean and walking distance to the Plaza de Armas. Also, there is a holistic medical facility across the street and I went in and used their services. I was pleasantly surprised.

Summary: Everything is very basic. Breakfast buffet is eggs, bunns and Guacamole. Single Shampoo packet and bar soap in room. No way to make tea before or after breakfast hours. Family is very friendly. Looking around Arequipa, this may be typical, as its mostly a stop over place to other destinations.

Summary: The hotel is quite nice with an interior courtyard. Breakfast was good and the staff went out of their way to accommodate any requests. It is a very short walk to the historical center of Arequipa.
