Summary: Overall, the hotel had some positives, but there were definitely areas that need improvement. The room was comfortable and clean, although a bit outdated compared to what I expected. The amenities were nice, and the staff throughout the hotel was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the pool area service was extremely disappointing. The system of assigning one specific server to each guest/table created long delays and made the experience frustrating. We waited over 30 minutes just to place an order for room service/poolside food, and everything was very overpriced for the level of service provided. The concept they use for ordering simply doesn’t work efficiently during busy hours. The hotel has potential because the atmosphere and staff are pleasant, but the service experience around the pool definitely took away from the stay.

Summary: I have stayed in the past 4 years 6 times and just love this hotel. It’s wonderful to be welcomed like family since our first stay. Top notch staff, ready to make your stay memorable. Breakfast is pleasing for every appetite, whether you want the Colombian treats, eggs your way, fruits or a combination of everything. And that outdoor pool is just gorgeous surrounded by palm trees , my little paradise ❤️🌴 Their taxi service is perfect to get to any destination or to see the main sites in Barranquilla.
