Summary: Everything was great except the restaurant. I ordered a hamburger medium-well and it came to me raw except a thin crust. I sent the hamburger back and said I wanted to order something else as raw hamburger is not safe. The hotel refused and insisted medium-well means red in the middle. The restaurant manager was rude so I complained to the front desk manager, who said he would handle it. I never did receive my money back.
