Positive: Hospitality was perfect. The staff I met were excellent. Very pleasant and helpful. A note: suggestion should treat every single customer equally, not judge by age or language or something.

Negative: May need maintenance in the bathroom, sinks are broken and smelly, looks not nice. shower water flow so bad. Sometimes mosquitoes are in the room.

Positive: Staff is friebdly and courtiest.

Negative: Water flow through showrs is not at all sufficent. When told about this to the management, they said they can't improve because the noise level increases if the pressure in increased. I havent got an invoice as I checked out early. Access to the room is NOT good as I had to carry my suite cases by a staircase.

Summary: It was an average hotel.

Positive: The location on the lagoon. The room and bathroom were very clean. The eclectic mix of decor. My husband said the food was very good. Kettle and fridge in the room. Good wifi and aircon.

Negative: There is no blanket on the bed. No English TV channels. The mattress is too firm for my back (this can be good for others).

Summary: Good pit stop on our road-trip North.
