Positive: We loved the location which was just a few minutes walk from the Mogliano Veneto railway station, having a frequent and comfortable connection with both, Venize and Treviso. Also, the breakfast was full of variety, really tasty and plenty for everyone.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Duca D'Aosta. The hotel is located at a 3 minutes walk from the train station where you can take the train to Venice and really close to the city center and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Positive: Great location ,good linen, quite clean though not perfect.

Negative: Unfriendly staff which never smiled and very abrupt as I complained about the AC not working and was told that it will be put in to operation only in July and told me to open a window instead. Provided me with a fan though !! I asked them to remove the AC from the facility list. In the toilet, the toilet seat was wobbly, the shower cubicle sliding door was falling off. There was a balcony with no access to it which was unclean with algae. The breakfast was not satisfactory and the items that finish are hardly replenished even at 8am just an hour after it resumes. The coffee machines are starved of beans as they deliver hot milk instead of coffee by 8am.

Summary: In my opinion, this Hotel is absolutely not a 4 star but deserves 2.5 stars!!
