Summary: Lovely hotel in a great location in Brighton. Rooms was spacious and quiet with a decent bath and shower. The bar was great and the staff knowledgeable and knew how to make a good cocktail. Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price.

Summary: Breakfast was great. Main floor and garden had a nice atmosphere. Rooms were average for the price and there were no shelves or drawers in Brown Room. In Brown room you could put a chest of drawers in bathroom.
