Positive: Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and good breakfast

Negative: Doors are not noise-isolated and you hear every step/door opening. I stayed in a recently renovated room/part of the hotel.

Positive: Professional staff, good breakfast menu, close to the European Parliament and the historic royal quarters for work and tourism. The hotel is a lovely old art nouveau building with staircases and long corridors. They also repaired the elevator in a single day when it broke down, they are really on top of maintenance. Very close to the subway/metro station, Brussels has a great public transport system.

Negative: The walls could have been thicker, I am glad I brought earplugs to sleep with. There is also only one small elevator for a lot of guests. It's a shame that there's no dinner.

Positive: Room was comfortable, wide, and classic & cozy at the same time. Breakfast was amazing!! All products were chosen with high quality! And the location was great! Metro and Central station was 900m almost and the center of the city was onşy 10-15 min walk between nice streets. All experience that I have in 2 days was heart-warming and great! Thank youuu!

Positive: The property had great charm. Its location was close to resturants, parks and Royal Palace. Many attractions were close by. Beds were comfy and room was very clean.

Negative: The shower is incredibly small!

Summary: Wonderful stay! I would highly recommend.

Positive: Cozy room full of everything you need. Very clean. Hotel quite close to the city center.

Negative: My friend's room smelled of smoke but it has been cleaned right away. We were also given a free breakfast.
