Summary: Check in was at 4pm. I got there at 445. The receptionist said the room wasn't ready and to check back in 30 to 45 min. As I sat and waited 4 more people came to check in and were told the same thing. I was checked in at about 530 with no apology or offer of discount, nothing. When I got in my room, there was a dead bug in the middle of the bathroom. My room was never cleaned in my two days.

Summary: Great property. The staff was fast and friendly. The check-in process was quick And easy. Very convenient to have a restaurant on property but plenty of food choices near by.bThe pool was amazing and me and my husband enjoyed the tennis court. Our fur baby had plenty of places to walk. It was very quiet and peaceful place. We loved the apartment style rooms. We had plenty of space and it was great having a small fridge and microwave in the room. The beds could use an upgrade and the frames are squeaky. The room was pretty clean but the bathroom counter tops and the mirror had been skipped in the cleaning process.

Summary: Really amazing, the staff, the service, the rooms, the restaurant was really great. I was there celebrating my best friend birthday, he is handicap and the room we use was perfect for him, 100% wheelchair accessible. Thanks to the hotel designer to add that big bathroom for handicap people. All others hotels around don't have that.
