Positive: The best option in Espinar which is the best compliment I can give this hotel.

Negative: Paper thin walls, could hear my Neighbour and the corridor. Very dirty carpet in a tiny room with no windows. Parking in a different spot from the hotel.

Positive: Secure parking, clean and spacious rooms, equipped with everything you need and at a higher standard than the Peruvian average. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower, kind and helpful staff at reception. Quiet location, easy to access.

Negative: The mattress was too soft for us, so we didn't sleep very well. The heater in the room was great but very noisy, so we couldn't leave it on for too long and we could hear thee neighbours heater... The waitress at the dining room (breakfast) was more interested in setting up her new phone than in giving us service ..

Positive: Our room was comfortable, a little disconcerting that the pillows didn't have slips though. The wifi was good and the parking was secure. The staff were lovely.

Negative: In April '23 this is STILL a construction site. If you don't get breakfast at the hotel there is nowhere close to buy some.

Summary: Adequate for a pitstop but give the town a miss if you can.
